Our GP practices can now book appointments for you at St George’s Health and Wellbeing Hub. You may be booked an appointment with a range of clinicians – from a GP, physiotherapist, nurse, social prescriber to a pharmacist. This allows practices to extend their capacity and ensure you see the right healthcare professional in a timely manner.

Parking
There are 4 hours free parking, but please do not forget to enter your registration on arrival (failure to do so will result in a parking ticket).
On arrival
You do not need to check in – please just take a seat in the main reception area. You will then be called for your appointment. If you arrive late, or have any queries while waiting for your appointment, please call 07482 136731 to speak to a member of our team.
Public transport
Bus stops are located just outside the hub and are served by buses 193, 252, 256.
It is also within a relatively easy walking distance from Hornchurch station (about 10 minutes).
